Press the Windows + I keys to open Settings.
Select Time & language on the left pane.
Choose the Language and region option.
Click the Add a language button.
Select your preferred language and press Next.
Check the box for Set as my Windows display language then press Install.
How do you setup language?
Valid setting values: “hint” is the default value. Asks if the paths should be updated for each file move.
“always” – always automatically updates the paths.
“never” doesn’t even auto-update paths or force them to do so.
How do I change my default language?
