Windows 11 is out now. Microsoft officially released its new operating system on 5 October, but warned that most people will be waiting a while for the free upgrade from Windows 10.

How to get Windows 11 now from Insider Preview?
Select Start > Windows Settings > Update.
In the right pane, click Windows Insider Program.
Click “More Previews” to create the next master page.
Other options include: Unregister this device when most future versions of Windows will immediately unregister this device.
