How do I install Windows 11 on my HP Pavilion laptop?
Restart your computer and press f10 to open the BIOS setup utility.
On the Security tab, check if you want to see the TPM device normally hidden.
Edit the TPM device that contains the “Available” setting.
Change the Personal TPM State setting to Enabled.
Press f10 to exit, follow along and hit yes to save changes.
