How to reset the console?
If you want to hard reset your console, follow most of the following steps: Press the Xbox? to expand the lead.
Go to Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information.
Select Reset Console.
Reset game system? On the screen you will see options: three reset and delete all. This will reset the console settings to factory settings.
